On-Site Communication Evaluation & Coaching

Overview

The purpose of this offering is to receive coaching on your communication skills in the exact environment you use them in.

I’ll travel to you and join you for a full day of work — whether that’s coaching, leading, managing, etc. Throughout the day, I’ll be your shadow. I’ll observe your presence, your communication approach, how you structure your messages, how you respond to others, your listening skills, and maybe your writing skills.

Logistics

• I travel to you (within the United States).

• We’ll spend a full day together (based on your work schedule) — up to 12 hours.

• Throughout the day, I’ll share observations and offer in-the-moment coaching.

• Following our in-person session, we’ll schedule a virtual debrief to review what you do well and define areas for improvement (with specific strategies to make positive change).

• Investment: $3,000 all inclusive (no extra taxes or hidden fees)
